Quality control - technique
The intelligence of all staffs has resulted in the e-management and it guarantees the TAF(Taiwan Accreditatioin Foundation) standard quality of products. All processes are conducted according to the e-control and it provides prompt delivery. Customers will know the quality result before receiving their parts.After the products were well examined,customers will also receive message of completion via e-mail at the same time.Filing can be made in computer and all forms can be archived permanently. NO paper needs to be kept in your office.
Quality control
In the eyes of our staff, each metallic product is the result of crafts. The only way to be the customers’ first choice is to treasure the spirit of artworks, pursue perfection in services, cope with customers’ changeable requirements, deal with details precisely and gain customers’ approval by the mean of specialization. As a result, XHT carries out strict controls with respect to heating equipments, temperature reading control installation, material examination and equipment inspection.
Heating equipment
In order to have the same temperature within each area of the heating furnace, furnace temperature distribution tests are carried out every year.
Temperature reading control installation
In order to ensure that each batch of products is of excellent quality, XHT’s temperature correction device from the control installation is rectified once a year.
Material inspection
The raw material is one of the important factors that might affect the quality of the objects. Thus, each of XHT's batches of raw materials, such as methyl alcohol, gas and others, is examined for composition, and a sample of quenching oil is analyzed once per three months.
Equipment inspection
Because of the more and more complicated requirements for objects, new advanced automatic polishing machine, hardness scale meter, and metallographic microscope have been purchased to meet customers’ requirements. We carry out regular inspection and maintenance on each hardness scale meter in order to avoid incorrect readings.
