Features:	Shape changing: at a temperature between 500 and 600℃ but less than A1 transformation point, the resulting changes in shape are limited. Burning resistance and anti-seizing: solid lubricating coating on the surface of the mold to provide excellent lubricating ability. Wear resistance: nitrogen diffusion layer is formed below the compound layer to improve the wear strength of the materials. Abrasion resistance: under machinery abrasion, the surface of the material is protected so that when the temperature is increased as a result of rubbing, softening of the contact area can be avoided. Parting: the lubricating coating provides the aluminum molds and plastic molds with good parting. Nitridization of stainless steel: this method can reduce the passive coatings of the stainless steel surface and proceed with nitridization. The hardness of the materials can reach more than HV1000.
